Job Description The Manager of Standards and Practices will review a variety of programs including but not limited to: original series and acquired series, acquired movies, short form, online materials and library materials. This position requires some on-site coverage and the ability to handle multiple projects at once at a fast pace.
Responsibilities - Review the following elements Standards and Practices concerns (animation, live action, and reality):

o original series and specials,
o acquired series,
o acquired movies,
o online materials,
o short form,
o rescreen library materials.
- Communicate feedback on each project at each stage to creative executive until acceptable result for air is produced.
- Ability to think critically and communicate notes effectively. Ability to handle multiple projects at once at a fast pace.
Basic Qualifications - Minimum 5 years experience in Standards and Practices reviewing programming, communicating notes to executives, and effective negotiating. Experience in both live action and animated programming. Familiarity with Children’s Television Act.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in vetting children’s programming, children’s new media initiatives; familiarity with children’s development issues.
Preferred Education - College degree preferred
Additional Information This position requires some on-set coverage.
