[{"country_short": "USA", "city": "Chicago", "description": "Operations Manager, Radio Disney Chicago\nJob Description The Operations Manager will assist the Regional Director with tasks including but not limited to training and development of Promotions personnel across the Central Region, overseeing the promotions department, managing the station\u2019s budget and expenses, and additional responsibilities as needed.\nResponsibilities \u2022 Develop and oversee a full time staff of 3 and a part-time events staff of 20-30 employees and interns.\n\u2022 Oversee all aspects of Chicago\u2019s Promotions Department including event planning for over 250 events annually.\n\u2022 Oversee Radio Disney\u2019s annual participation in some of Chicago\u2019s signature, high traffic events.\n\u2022 Develop key relationships with large community event organizers throughout the Chicagoland area in order to help the station generate revenue\n\u2022 Assist the Regional Director with training and development of Promotions personnel across the Central Region as well as lead the monthly Promotions Managers call for the Region\n\u2022 Along with the Chicago Station Manager, manage the station\u2019s budget and station expenses.
