Responsibilities • Develop and oversee a full time staff of 3 and a part-time events staff of 20-30 employees and interns. • Oversee all aspects of Chicago’s Promotions Department including event planning for over 250 events annually. • Oversee Radio Disney’s annual participation in some of Chicago’s signature, high traffic events. • Develop key relationships with large community event organizers throughout the Chicagoland area in order to help the station generate revenue • Assist the Regional Director with training and development of Promotions personnel across the Central Region as well as lead the monthly Promotions Managers call for the Region • Along with the Chicago Station Manager, manage the station’s budget and station expenses.
