Additionally, he/she must demonstrate significant experience in managing the on air creative process of a television business and show a proven track record in effectively motivating and managing a creative team. Additionally, he/she must be experienced and highly engaged in digital media platforms that serve this target group. This individual must be a self-starter, forward thinking and an effective, persuasive presenter and communicator across multiple departments, and senior management.\nResponsibilities Lead a highly skilled and innovative OAP Creative team who support the ratings, revenue and global expansion of the Disney XD business. This includes developing, motivating and evaluating employees, as well as fostering a highly collaborative team-oriented environment that consistently delivers best-in-class creative solutions, across all platforms.\n\nReporting to the VP - Disney XD Marketing & Creative, this position will partner with Programming, Current Series, Digital Media and Brand teams to actualize and implement progressive creative strategies.
