Media Center Operator
Job Description ABC7 Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Media Center Operator. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of video files and formats, aspect ratios and codecs. Knowledge of, and experience in, file folder structures, Microsoft Office, FileZilla, FlipFactory, and Florical automation systems, video and file-based dubs is a plus. Responsibilities include ingesting commercials, segmenting local and syndicated programs, audio and video QC, video file transfers, conversions and duplication. This hands-on position requires the ability to work independently as well as with others. Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects, be very detail oriented, set priorities to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Night, weekend and holiday work required.
