Digital Media Producer
Job Description ABC Familys Digital Media group is looking for a strong, creative, and highly organized self-starter to join the ABC Family team in the role of Producer of Ad Sales & Marketing. The Producer of Ad Sales & Marketing will be responsible for producing innovative, custom sponsor opportunities tied to our Original Series and holiday events, such as sweepstakes, microsites, contests, rich media and other site features. This person will work closely with Online and Integrated Ad Sales Teams to develop end-to-end strategies for all initiatives and sponsorships. The ideal candidate will be someone who engages well with both the Ad Sales division and the site Creative and Editorial teams. This individual should be able to shift seamlessly from working with technology, design, legal, research and other in-house teams to working with third-party vendors, clients and agencies. The end result should be compelling, effective, progressive sponsor opportunities that engage site visitors, provide measurable value and metrics to sponsors and work within existing production and operations flows. This position will be based in New York, but will report to the LA team; therefore, we are looking for someone who can work productively and independently with limited face-to-face direction.
Responsibilities Produce custom Ad Sales & Promotions proposals
Create and implement Sponsorship programs
Produce and facilitate the development of all sponsored content, microsites, marketing campaigns, custom tools and ad media for our sales clients
Work with creative, technology, editorial, and legal groups managing execution of sponsorships to ensure all commitments are met
Track the pacing of sponsorship campaigns to ensure full delivery, and provide detailed performance reports
Review prior campaign performance to assist in planning future commitments
Maintain and communicate sales data and campaign status to the team on a regular basis
Review daily site features for accuracy (QA)
Careful attention to detail and deadlines

Basic Qualifications 3 plus years experience working in digital media or advertising operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Outlook
understanding of ad serving software; how campaigns are scheduled and monitored for performance and pacing.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ad sales teams
Proven track-record of multi-tasking and overseeing numerous projects of various sizes, while managing client/sponsor expectations
Editorial experience producing content for sponsorship campaigns
Experience using a Content Management System
Familiar with HTML, Flash, and other web technologies
Familiar with Microsoft Project and Visio
Familiar with Photoshop
Required Education Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Business or combination of equivalent work experience
